I went to the Independence Day fireworks show, and there was someone there asking everyone else in his group to stop talking during the show.
I thought about that for a minute... Why would you want to HEAR a firworks show so bad? What can you possibly miss? BOOM BLAM KACHOOM THOOM BANG!
Do people really need to hear this at full volume without others talking, and if so, how big a market is this? It gives me a new idea for one of those
lame "backround noise" CD's. It worked for rainstorms and ocean sounds, but I picture people laying back, placing expensive noise-reducing head phones
on their ears, and listening to the relaxing sounds of a fireworks show without all the pretentious ooh's and ah's that normally spoil the experience.
Nothing like relaxing to the KABOOOOOOOM!!!! of explosives in the air. After all, to people who shush others at the show, it's not about the pretty
colors in the sky, it's all about volume!

Come to think of it, you could even go a step further with these ambient sounds CD's that haven't been popular for a few decades. Why not come up with
all sorts of different crazy sound blends? Kick back and enjoy the gentle sounds of "Tornado in a crowded barn" or "Rained out little league game."
